Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and reliable Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team.

The RNA plays a critical role in helping residents maintain and improve their functional abilities through daily restorative programs.

This role works closely with nursing and therapy staff to support individualized care plans.

Responsibilities


* Provide restorative nursing interventions as assigned (e.g., ambulation, range of motion, strength training, ADL support)


* Document restorative services accurately and timely


* Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to monitor resident progress


* Encourage residents to participate in restorative activities


* Assist with standard CNA duties as needed


* Uphold all facility policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements

Qualifications


* Current California CNA certification in good standing


* RNA certification required


* Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred


* Strong communication, teamwork, and resident‑care skills


* Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life
