Brookdale Carriage Club is hiring an Infection Prevention and Associate Director of Clinical Services

We are a senior living community supporting our residents thru Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Long Term Care, with a total of over 400 residents.

* Infection Prevention Certification


* MDS Experience a plus

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

Minimum two to four years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Long term care experience preferred.

Certifications, Licenses, and other Special Requirements
Must have valid and current state (RN) license, issued by appropriate state licensing agency.

Management/Decision Making
Applies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department.
