Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team.

Position Responsibilities


* Assist residents with therapy programs as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist


* Support residents in achieving functional and mobility goals


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members


* Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress


* Provide encouragement, education, and compassionate care during therapy sessions

Compensation & Benefits


* Pay Range: $34-$40 per hour, DOE


* Flexible per diem scheduling

Qualifications


* Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapy Assistant license


* Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program


* Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred


* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
