Intern-Lithography Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lithography Intern to join our Process Engineering team for Summer 2026.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the fabrication of photonic semiconductor devices, work alongside industry professionals, and contribute to important projects that support our team and company objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities


* Run DOE tests to develop & optimize IGP lens process


* Process wafers with steppers, contact aligners, and metrology tools


* Analyze DOE results and optimize process

Education & Experience


* Open to currently enrolled graduate students or college seniors, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other related areas

Skills & Other Requirements


* Basic knowledge of photolithography and semiconductor physics


* Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.


* Attention to detail and time management.


* Internship Duration: 10 - 14 weeks.

Working Conditions


* This role will be on-site (Fremont fab)


* Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

Physical Requirements


* Able to work inside cleanroom with lithography tools


* Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.


* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
