PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL 1) - REGISTRY

Work Schedule

2 Weekend days every 4 weeks (16 hours total) minimum
Weekday hours are as needed
Additional weekend hours are as needed
Hours during the week vary- 6:30am- 6pm
Hours on the weekend vary- 6am-4:30pm

Qualifications



* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).

Required


* Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required.

Licenses & Certifications



* CPR certification.

Required


* Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
