Senior Living Sales Specialist

Job Summary
Brookdale Senior Living seeks a high-energy Sales Manager to travel across a designated portfolio of ~12 New Jersey communities to drive rapid occupancy growth.

This role acts as an interim sales leader, stepping into communities with vacancies to execute high-volume outreach, convert prospects to move-ins, and achieve budgeted revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities


* Occupancy Driving: Conduct high-quality daily in-person/phone sales calls to convert inquiries to move-ins, prioritizing rate integrity and revenue goals.


* Regional Outreach: Travel to multiple communities to build professional referral networks with local medical, financial, and legal professionals.


* Sales Strategy: Partner with Executive Directors to implement localized marketing plans to increase community awareness.


* Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage the full sales journey from initial interest to move-in, ensuring accurate data entry.


* Sales Culture Leadership: Act as an ambassador for Brookdale, guiding families through the emotional sales journey while mentoring local staff.

Qualifications


* Minimum of 2 years recent Senior Living sales experience required.


* Valid driver's license for frequent regional travel.


* Proven ability to close sales and achieve goals.


* Strong technology skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
