Commercial Executive - Perfume & Beauty

Responsibilities:

Retail Operational Excellence


* Ensure daily operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.


* Assist in purchase order and supplier account creation for the Area Manager and Sales Delegate.


* Track and follow up on monthly operational expenses.


* Facilitate the product registration process to ensure successful importation processes.


* Provide regular follow‑up on invoice versus forecasts.


* Conduct online GS training to strengthen team knowledge and operational excellence.


* Liaise with clients for forecasting and consolidate information to support business planning.


* Coordinate animations, sampling initiatives, and promotional activities with efficiency.


* Support the Area Manager and Sales Delegate in implementing corrective actions to boost the sell-out and manage inventory.


* Collaborate with Field Staff to address any reported counter issues promptly.

Order Management


* Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, securing client commitments.


* Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional departments, including Marketing, Business Operations, and Finance.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors to optimize daily operations.

Others


* Deliver regular presentations to HQ, retailers, distributors, and trade agents on sales performance, budgeting, and trade marketing activities.

Qualification:


* Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant discipline


* Minimum 3 years of related experience in Perfumes and Cosmetics or Luxury Environment


* Individual with entrepreneurship spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Business and result oriented mindset


* Proactively identify potential risk and business solution


* Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus


* Proficient in MS office software, including but not limited to Excel and PPT
