Senior Finance Analyst
Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis, supporting our annual strategic planning and annual operating plan processes, and providing financial support for our corporate functions as part of the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team.
This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with company goals and to provide actionable insights that support decisions to enhance business performance.
This role also supports the development of tools and processes that enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Partner with Corporate Function leaders to align financial plans with strategic objectives and ensure optimal capital allocation.
* Works as an effective business partner to provide assistance and guidance on financial related issues by preparing accurate and timely financial reporting
* Plays a critical role during quarter-end periods as a significant contributor to our external earnings call support and other investor relations ad hoc requests
* Supports reporting for industry or end market analysis providing insight on trends within our businesses
* Continuous improvement mindset, seeking opportunities to improve processes within our team and drive efficiency
* Completes special projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelors in Finance or related field
* 3+ years' experience in finance, accounting and financial analysis
* Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion (HFM) and SAP

* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
* Ability to synthesize complex financial information and convey key insights
* Time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and form a strong partnership with peers, business finance teams and functional leaders and their teams
* Demonstrates ownership, accountability, results-orientation
* Finance systems proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and SAP.
* Familiarity and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma, Tableau) is preferred.
