EPIC Technical Trainer

EpicCare Technical Trainer

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a dynamic Epic Trainer to support the implementation and delivery of training programs across Epic applications and other healthcare systems.

The initial focus will be on training within a defined application scope, including but not limited to EpicCare for Clinicians, EpicCare for Clinical Support Staff, Ancillary Services, and Radiant.

Other applications will be added later - examples of potential classes are Imaging, Radiant, Optime, and Clinician training.

This role educates through engaging classroom, virtual, and group sessions tailored to all skill levels.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with hours between 7am and 5:15pm.

Some Saturdays as needed.

Hiring Range: Typical hiring range is $33.88/hour - $45/hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver Epic training sessions and provide go-live support.


* Collaborate with Principal Trainers on curriculum design and updates.


* Track training effectiveness and maintain records in the Learning Management System (LMS).


* Prepare materials, manage logistics, and follow up on learner questions.


* Identify training gaps and provide refresher sessions as needed.

Education and Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.


* Minimum of one year of training experience required; healthcare setting highly desirable.


* Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Pay Range:
$32.41 - $48.62
