Associate, Early Careers Candidate Engagement

As an Early Careers Candidate Engagement Associate in the Early Careers team, you support the end-to-end candidate engagement process and ensure activities align with hiring standards and policies.
You track pipelines and referrals, review documentation for accuracy, and hold informative conversations with prospective candidates about programs and process.
You collaborate with recruiters and compliance partners to spot and escalate issues, maintain controls, and deliver timely updates and reports to leadership.
Together, we enhance consistency, compliance, and transparency across the early careers journey.
Job Responsibilities:
* Monitor and track early career designated candidate hiring activities, ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
* Review candidate profiles and hiring documentation for completeness and accuracy.
* Identify and escalate process deviations, policy exceptions, or compliance risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of controls related to early career hiring, including referrals and other candidate designations.
* Conduct informational conversations with prospective candidates regarding the early careers hiring process, programs, and general career advice.
* Proactively provide timely updates to leadership on candidate conversations and track appropriate follow ups with candidates.
* Prepare regular reports, scorecards and dashboards on hiring activity, compliance status, and key metrics for management review.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge articles of firmwide hiring standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in early careers recruitment.
* Participate in audits, reviews, and special projects as assigned.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, compliance, or a related field; experience with early careers or campus programs
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Oracle, applicant tracking systems or Yello
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
