DEPCOM Power is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Specialist to join our team.
This position is primarily remote but requires you to travel and report onsite up to approximately 50% of the time.
As a Construction Project Specialist at DEPCOM Power, you will provide critical operational support to project managers and construction teams on large-scale utility solar projects.
You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and effective priority management.

What You Will Do
* Assist Project Managers with deliverables to help the development and construction of utility scale solar projects.
* Manage daily site reports, personnel tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
* Oversee onsite facility management and insurance requisition processes in collaboration with field teams.
* Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate internal and customer meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
* Maintain project documentation related to contract administration, schedule and budgets
* Prepare project reports and presentations, leveraging PowerPoint, PowerBI, Smartsheet, and other tools to communicate project status and performance to stakeholders, while facilitating professional communication among project team members, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners.
* Assist in establishing and improving project management processes and procedures.
* Support risk management and compliance activities related to construction projects.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Experience managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
* Professional experience in on-site construction, engineering, project management, or related experience.
