Job Description

Manages the responsibility that the merchandise is labeled, complies with the standards of commercial information and support the discrepancy process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing regulatory compliance of sale merchandise
• Design and manufacturing of NOM labels
• Capture of labeling instructions for later payment
• Catalog of labeling photographs
• Opinions
• Preparation and request for an opinion
• Creation of Folio with SE
• Closing of opinion with UVA
• or ANCE visit
• Review and approval of broker´s invoices
• Inbound (logistic report for Receipt in DCs)
• Confirmation of import crossings
• Responsible for managing and supporting the resolution of discrepancies in the DC's
• Audit of discrepancies in conjunction with DC's Reception staff
• Elaboration of report of discrepancies with DC's
• Responsible for managing import samples for various users / clients
• Follow-up to sample import reports
• Sample separation
• Delivery of samples to the requesters in DC / Lab
• Presentation of Results with Vice President
• Manage activities with KPI's
• Update weekly the report of diverse suppliers to ensure the weekly provision.

Analysis and Evaluation of new suppliers in terms of rates and processing times.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Logistics.

International Trade, Ops, Administration
• Two to three years.
• Supply process, DC ops process, International trade, accounts payable, accounting
• Computer systems, SAP program
