Napa Valley Care Center is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional therapy services to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:


* Deliver therapy services as directed by licensed Physical Therapists


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans


* Support patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence


* Document progress and communicate effectively with care teams


* Educate patients and families on therapy goals and exercises

Qualifications:


* Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license (required)


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for patient care and rehabilitation


* Skilled at motivating and encouraging patients
