We are seeking a Professional Fee Abstractor to join our remote Revenue Cycle team.
This role is ideal for experienced pediatric nurses or seasoned coders who bring clinical insight, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
You will play a critical part in advancing Nemours Children's clinical excellence by ensuring comprehensive, compliant charge capture - supporting our ability to expand programs, innovate new models of care, and provide exceptional services to children who need us most.

What You'll Do
* Review physician documentation and ensure accurate, timely coding of all professional services using ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, HCPCS, and applicable modifiers.
* Maintain 100% charge capture accuracy through diligent review of EPIC Charge Review Workqueues and related systems.
* Communicate effectively with physicians, managers, and team members regarding documentation requirements and regulatory guidelines.
* Participate in provider education and training to strengthen documentation quality, revenue integrity, and compliance systemwide.
* Stay current with evolving coding rules, specialty-specific updates, and organizational best practices.
* Support Nemours Children's strategic growth, including expanding clinical programs and operational capabilities across our Delaware campus and entire enterprise.
