Financial Analyst (Administrative Services Analyst I)

The County of Riverside's Office of Economic Development is seeking to fill a Financial Analyst (Administrative Services Analyst I) to support the Agency Administration Division in Riverside.

The Financial Analyst (Administrative Services Analyst I) (ASA I) assists management by providing administrative and analytical support related to financial and operational activities.

The ASA I conducts research and analysis involving accounting or financial data, including cost analysis and rates and fees development, and supports the development or evaluation of cost recovery models.

The ASA I may also assist in drafting policies and procedures and preparing reports or recommendations to support management decision-making, while demonstrating strong professional communication skills.

Competitive candidates will possess experience in accounting or financial analysis, including cost analysis and financial tracking.

Experience developing or evaluating rates and fees or cost recovery models is highly desirable.

Strong professional writing skills, including experience drafting policies and procedures, are essential.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate clear and effective professional communication skills and the ability to convey complex financial information in a concise and organized manner.
