CORP H&W/SR PROJECT MANAGER

Assist in the leadership of the Health & Wellness team and coordinate the development of solutions and projects.

Direct the use of lean tools and methodologies to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development, testing, and rollout.

Support Health & Wellness strategy by coordinating with cross functional teams within the corporate office and divisions.

Develop strategic solutions working collaboratively with stakeholders, divisions and store associates in support of our vision and mission.

Demonstrate the company's leadership behaviors and core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- Any Leading Lean/Six Sigma experience
- 3+ years of experience in business project management/process improvement
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems, prioritize workloads and shift resources
- Ability to maintain communication throughout the division and enterprise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Ability to respond to changing business priorities
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to identify business problems and develop efficient and effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired
- Any data/business/process analyst experience
- 2+ years healthcare-related experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or higher
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutions
- Exceptional leadership and management skills and ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization- Assist the Health & Wellness team in the development of efficient enterprise-level business processes that improve and simplify work methods, deliver financial benefits, and improve our customers' experience
- Ensure best practices and rollout support that align with the health and wellness strategy are successfully implemented
- Define and document current/future state business processes, identify process improvement needs and develop plans to communicate and implement suggested improvements
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with division leadership and division associates to understand, summarize and define current and future work processes
- Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current/future state work processes
- Model, document and update standards
- Partner with Corporate Training team to develop training modules consistent with standards
