Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and patient‑centered Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions, improve mobility, and support resident recovery and wellness.

Responsibilities


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist


* Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities


* Document resident progress in accordance with company policies and state/federal guidelines


* Educate residents and families on home exercises and safety


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals


* Maintain a safe and encouraging therapy environment

Qualifications


* Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of California


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team


* Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
