Highland Palms is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team.

Pay Range:
$29-$32 per hour, DOE

Shift Availability:


* AM Shift


* PM Shift

What You'll Be Doing:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately


* Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care


* Support and guide CNAs to promote safe and effective resident care


* Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards

What We're Looking For:


* Current LVN license in good standing


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach to care
