Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Clinical Assessment: Visit hospitals and referral sources to conduct on-site clinical assessments of prospective residents to ensure a safe and appropriate transition to our facility.


* Community Ambassador: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and social workers.


* Admissions Strategy: Partner with the Admissions and Nursing teams to coordinate seamless transfers and manage facility census goals.


* Family Guidance: Act as a compassionate resource for families, providing tours and explaining the clinical capabilities and services of Tice Valley.


* Market Growth: Identify new referral opportunities and represent Tice Valley at community events and healthcare professional meetings.

Qualifications:



* Licensure: Current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Experience: Proven clinical assessment skills; previous experience in a liaison, marketing, or admissions role is a plus.


* Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills—you are the "face" of our facility.
