As an Executive Director, Business Program Manager on the Chase Wealth Management (CWM) Business Chief Operations Executive (COE) Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Chase Wealth Management by leading both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of large-scale programs and business initiatives, balancing tactical execution with strategic foresight.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

Job responsibilities


* Guide the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and scalability


* Lead large-scale projects that span multiple business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering significant impact
