As a Data Scientist Lead within the Consumer Community Banking ACE team, you will lead the design, testing, and measurement of strategies across marketing, sales, distribution, pricing, and customer analytics.

You will apply advanced analytics, experimental design, and machine learning to solve complex business challenges, ensuring your work directly influences both customer experience and business outcomes.

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities


* Lead the design and execution of complex analyses and experiments to drive business change in product performance, client engagement, attrition, and customer segmentation


* Develop and implement robust Monitoring and measurement frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, experimental design) to evaluate business strategies and initiatives


* Partner with product, finance, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven projects and solutions


* Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, data-driven problems and actionable insights


* Present clear, compelling findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions


* Manage and analyze large-scale data using advanced SQL, Python, R, or similar tools in big data environments (e.g., Snowflake, Hive, Spark)


* Enhance data collection, processing, and validation procedures to ensure data integrity and reliability


* Apply advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and optimization techniques to solve business problems


* Mentor and guide team members on data science best practices, experimental design, and analytics methodologies


* Continuously develop and share expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and communication to drive business impact


* Ensure all analyses and recommendations align with business goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
