Presentations & Communications Analyst

As a Communications and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing internal marketing and communications strategies that showcase the success and impact of the Digital Document Services (DDS) and Wholesale KYC Organization (WKO) functions.

You will craft compelling narratives, design professional deliverables, and build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement strategies to highlight market achievements and the positive impact on internal partners, using a variety of communications formats including presentations, videos, websites, and other creative media


* Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders and internal stakeholders, partnering with them to extract key messages and stories.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clarity and alignment


* Quickly absorb complex content and translate it into clear, engaging messaging tailored for internal audiences.

Develop content visualize concepts and create professional-level deliverables that go beyond standard templates


* Produce timely, high-quality presentations and other deliverables, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.

Collaborate with team members on executive presentations, and facilitate seamless handoffs as needed


* Extract and communicate stories and key messages that resonate with internal stakeholders.

Use creativity, storytelling and critical thinking to convey complex ideas in accessible ways


* Confidently present to senior leaders and large groups, leveraging public speaking skills and AI tools to enhance leadership communication and engagement


* Work closely with local and global teams, contributing to projects and supporting colleagues to enhance service delivery and demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork


* Demonstrate excellent follow-up and execution skills, ensuring timely completion and delivery of all communications and marketing initiatives


* Seek feedback, encourage evaluation of service standards, and drive continuous improvement in communication and presentation quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word


* Positive attitude, professional, diplomatic and approachable by teammates


* 4+ years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level


* Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling including executive presentations and video narrative
