Intern - Web Applications and DBs

Responsibilities


* Gather and refine requirements for a specific project based on technical needs.


* Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices, applying emerging technologies/industry trends into operations and activities.


* Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.


* Integrate data from and into various back-end services and databases.


* Collaborate with web designers to match intent of visual design.

Requirements


* Computer Science or Network Engineering major


* Ability to work creatively in multi-disciplinary teams and strive for innovative solutions


* Experience in web application development in C#, .NET, or equivalent development environment as well as SQL or equivalent database experience a must


* Strong analytical skills a major plus


* Citizen or permanent resident
