We are looking for a Memory Care experienced Executive Director who can lead with heart and purpose in a community where compassionate care makes all the difference.

As the Executive Director of our intimate memory care community in North Glendale, you'll guide a dedicated team focused on creating a safe, engaging, and meaningful environment for residents living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, inspire and develop team members, ensure exceptional resident and family experiences, and maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
