About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and help shape the future of our MDM platform.

In this role, you will own a significant area of our product, working closely with engineering, design, pre-sales, customer success, and marketing to deliver capabilities that solve real enterprise data challenges.

You will be expected to develop deep expertise in your product area, build strong relationships across the organization, and drive outcomes that matter to our customers and business.

This is a hands-on role in a growing company where Product Managers are expected to go beyond task management.

You will conduct customer research, define product strategy, manage execution across agile engineering teams, and communicate the value of your work to internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the go-to person for your product domain, and the first to raise your hand when questions arise or problems need solving in your area.

What You Will DoUser-Centric Mindset

• Develop a deep understanding of how enterprise customers use the Profisee platform across industries, company sizes, and use cases
\n
• Conduct customer interviews, analyze support escalation patterns, and gather feedback from pre-sales and customer success teams to identify user needs and pain points
\n
• Translate user research into actionable product requirements that address what customers actually need, not just what they say they want
\n
• Champion the voice of the customer in product decisions, ensuring that features and capabilities are designed around real-world usage patterns
\nCommunication and Collaboration
\n
• Clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and updates to engineering teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
\n
• Build strong working relationships across the organization including engineering, design, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, and partner teams
\n
• Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, release messaging, and go-to-market planning
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for your product area, proactively driving alignment and resolution when issues arise
\n
• Contribute to documentation, enablement materials, and internal knowledge sharing to keep teams aligned on product strategy and direction
