Job Description:
Develops basic knowledge of the market in order to support the needs of the Immunology sales team.

Supports the attainment of established sales goals, including market share objectives.

Applies functional knowledge of sales process, product portfolio and customers to improve sales outcomes.

Addresses less complex technical issues and simple customer requests.

Drafts sales reports and documents as the need arises.

Evaluates basic customer, procedural and marketplace data with other sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve on solutions/service levels.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
