Job Description:

Creates and updates documents based on project, medical strategy, and budget plans.
Imports and reports upon clinical and product level metrics.
Delivers clinical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Under general supervision, disseminates evidence from clinical trials through compliant communications with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Directs individuals regarding medical affairs expertise and support to Product Development teams and Medical Affairs teams.
Provides medical interpretation of data to internal and external parties.
Assists in the management of key links into global brand clinical activities by maintaining collaborative working relationships with medical physicians.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
