The Opportunity:

* Rate: Starting at $40.00+ per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring all resident care plans are executed with precision.
* Advanced Assessment: Perform comprehensive resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond decisively to changes in clinical status.
* Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and complex treatments (IV therapy, wound care, etc.) in accordance with physician orders.
* Team Supervision: Provide direction and mentorship to LVNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative and efficient nursing unit.
* Care Coordination: Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary therapy team to ensure seamless transitions and recovery.
* Documentation: Maintain impeccable, timely electronic medical records to ensure 100% compliance and resident safety.
Qualifications:
* License: Must possess a current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
* Experience: Previous experience in post-acute, subacute, or acute care is preferred, but we welcome motivated RNs ready to lead.
* Skillset: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to compassionate care.
