Your Impact

Key Responsibilities


* Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents under RN and provider supervision


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans


* Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes promptly


* Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident education


* Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal guidelines


* Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment


* Previous experience in post‑acute, skilled nursing, or long‑term care preferred but not required
