Job Description:

HPE is seeking a Social Content Strategist to support our server social channels, including AI, HPC, and compute.

This role executes a social media editorial strategy supporting HPE's brand and campaign priorities, leading editorial planning and active engagement strategy across owned channels.

The ideal candidate brings a creative, audience-first mindset, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


* Lead and execute a social editorial strategy that supports business priorities, with an audience- and channel-first approach to content planning and creation.


* Develop strategic social guidance and toolkits to support key campaign moments and product launches.


* Develop a strong understanding of HPE products and solutions, customer needs, and the messaging priorities that shape the server, AI, and HPC portfolio.


* Partner cross-functionally with corporate communications, product marketing, performance marketing, and other teams to align content with business goals.


* Concept ideas for content, facilitate content production, and manage content operations for HPE server-owned social channels.


* Apply knowledge of social algorithms, conduct platform testing, and stay current on emerging research to inform strategy.


* Analyze channel performance data and deliver actionable insights to continuously optimize content strategies.


* Monitor social trends and emerging platform behaviors to keep HPE's content fresh and culturally relevant.


* Collaborate with community managers to build strategic social listening dashboards that enable active, relevant engagement from HPE's channels, increasing brand visibility and reach.


* Communicate social strategy, editorial plans, and performance updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders and leadership.


* Bring a positive, collaborative work ethic and thrive in a high-velocity, always-on social environment.

Education and Experience Required:


* BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
