Receptionist FT Dayshift 30 Hrs./Week

What You Will Do:


* Welcome patients, families, visitors, and employees with professionalism and kindness


* Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system


* Assist with front desk questions and daily office support


* Use a computer and office equipment to complete assigned tasks


* Keep the reception area organized, professional, and inviting


* Support general administrative and clerical duties as needed

* Experience with a multi-line phone system preferred

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.

Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
