Medical Assistant Clinic - Vascular Surgery

Work schedule:

100% FTE, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health 9th street clinic 209 9Th St, Suite 200

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications



* Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Medical Assistant program or a minimum of 5 years experience in addition to military training.

* Employer Based Clinics: Laboratory and phlebotomy training required within 30 days of hire.

* Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.

Work Experience



* At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting.

Preferred


* Computer experience.

Licenses & Certifications



* AAMA certification is required upon hire or verification of a passing score on the AAMA certification exam and subsequent AAMA certification obtained within 90 days of hire.

* Active RMA, AAMA, CCMA or NCCT certification must be maintained.

* Bi-Annual CPR certification.
