Training , ATS Assembly

Join our dynamic manufacturing team and be part of creating quality products that make a difference! We're looking for dedicated Manufacturing Production Workers who are passionate about excellence and continuous improvement in our state-of-the-art facility.

What will you do:


* Responsible for performing and training others to a variety of Assembly operations.

This involves assemble quality units involving a number of parts and details.


* Must be able to handle at least 50 pounds


* Transfer material


* Read and comprehend blueprints and manufacturing instructions


* Pack out procedures


* Read BOM and Job travelers


* Identify and properly use small assembly hand tools


* Part Identification and location


* Perform final build of products > 6 months


* Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor


* Serve as trainers to other assemblers


* Must be able to training and teach others to handle all task listed above.


* Must be able to document all training activities.

What will make you successful:


* High school diploma or equivalent required


* One-year final assembly experience preferred


* Ability to perform simple shop math


* Ability to read blue prints


* Understanding of World Class manufacturing principles is desirable


* Important to work as a team player within the work cell and advise the supervisor of any problems with assembly, quality or safety
