Data Migration Expert

What will you do:


* Data Migration: Experience in data extraction, upload to SAP S4 HANA, and data reconciliation.


* Technical Expertise: Proficiency with S4 HANA Migration Cockpit, Informatica, Oracle database, PL/SQL development, and UNIX scripting.


* System Understanding: Knowledge of overall system landscape, including upstream and downstream systems.


* Software Development Life Cycle: Involvement in requirement analysis, effort estimation, solution design, development, code review, and testing.


* Project Management: Ensuring defect-free and on-time delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.


* Leadership: Leading brainstorming sessions, guiding team members, and ensuring quality control.


* Process Improvement: Establishing standard processes and promoting team collaboration.


* Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data throughout the migration process.


* Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, methodologies, and any issues encountered along with their resolutions.


* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on data migration tools and processes.


* Performance Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of data migration activities.


* Compliance and Security: Ensure all data migration activities comply with relevant data protection regulations and security standards.


* Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the data migration process and develop mitigation strategies.


* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.


* Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data migration and propose innovative solutions to improve current practices.

Qualification:

* Experience: 8-11 years in data migration using Informatica Tool , with specific experience in SAP ( S4 HANA Migration Cockpit)
