Your IMPACT

+ Provide technical support for EV chargers, Energy storage systems, and related solutions
+ Assist front offices L2 support on topics relating to customers with product selection, configuration, and integration into their systems
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
+ Collaborate with Engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and field insights
+ Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams at SE Front Office
+ Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
+ Support key accounts and strategic projects across assigned countries

Your Profile

+ Completed education in the field of electrical engineering principles, power electronics or energy systems
+ Experience with EV charging infrastructure, energy storage, and grid integration is an advantage
+ Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs
+ Fluency in English and another European language is an advantage
+ Flexibility for Travelling in Europe (approx.

40% - 50%)
