Job Description

Job Purpose

Team handling capability for entire region of Mumbai

To generate the pull of the products from the users by creating awareness on the features & specifications of products

Establishing brand positioning in the market through promoting the USPs of the brands over the competitor brands

Developing the loyalty with the users for repeating the purchase and thereby creating tertiary visibility through loyalty programs

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Dealer channel development & primary sales of territory, appointment of new distributor & dealers in vacant territory.

Regularly monitoring daily work & secondary tracking of sales executive & development of skill, productivity of team.

Soft skills required for data analysis and to take corrective action in market.

Market Development of company's products and enhancement of sales through various marketing initiatives/drives & driving Marketing Initiatives like- Electrician meet, Dealer`s meet, Retailer Meet, etc.

Business development through market visit at Architects / Contractors/ Builders/ Retailers/End Users/site & Key Outlets

Influencer like Architects and Electricians Development through trainings as well as product application trials & Influencers connect on product specifications.

Assistance to Sales team/Retailers/End Users etc.

for solving market related issues like- product, product quality and application at user and site level.

Providing training to sales officers & end users (Product Knowledge / Application Training / Planning & Implementation of Market Development Module / Conducting User Development Meets)

Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action for development on market development areas.

Personal Good connect required with Top Retailers, Architects, Top Electricians, Contractors & Builders

Joint working with sales officers to identify the concern areas and take corrective action for development on market development areas.

Driving new products in Market - Launching of products: Driving of end user connect program & Promotion of new products/applications as per new product launch module & Providing market & users feedback of new launches.

To generate market intelligence and track competitors' activity.

Ensuring the Sales Team to work in defined process with discipline and to attain maximum productivity

Knowledge & Information required - Channel Sales & Preferably of Electrical Sales of Single phase market.

Candidate Profile


* Should have working exposure in User level connects & influencers products.
