based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $31 per hour, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

What will you do:


* Execute standardized manufacturing and production processes with precision and attention to detail


* Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and suggesting enhancements

* Operate and maintain production equipment according to standardized protocols


* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and optimal efficiency
