General IT Support Intern (MTY, N.L)

What will you do?


* Daily Operational support, Case and Data management, Internal User support, SLA & Quality compliance, Documentation & knowledge base maintenance

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Knowledge of CRM's, Familiarity with Internal support platforms (ServiceNow), Understanding of internal processes, clear communication in English language, Analytical thinking to diagnose complex permission and workflow issues, Organization and time-management to meet SLAs

Who will you report to?


* This role reports directly to the Support Manager Severo Carranza Rodríguez.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Intermediate-advanced English (necessary for global coordination), currently studying Engineering, Systems, IT, or a related field (preferred), Experience creating or maintaining documentation (KBA's)
