Endoscopy Nurse Supervisor

Our Endoscopy Suite is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor who will aid the organization's lean leadership culture by demonstrating, supporting, and coaching others.

The Clinical RN Supervisor is expected to encompass both supervisory and direct patient care responsibilities.

Will work as Endoscopy Nurse two days per week.

Other responsibilities include providing safe, high-quality patient care with positive outcomes while observing cost containment and safety issues.

Compensation: generally, between $110,400-$124,000 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave - Vancouver, WA 98664)

Schedule: four, 10-hour shifts ( could be: 6:00a-4:30p or 7:00a-5:30p )

The Clinical Supervisor will:


* Supervises hiring, orientation, scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with Clinic policies and procedures for the RN staff.



* Supervise, assess, and direct the activities of individual staff members.


* Supervise and enforce policies with compassion to ensure that each person is treated fairly, equitably and with respect.


* Use a management style which encourages and reinforces employee growth and development.


* Model professional, proactive, and positive behavior.


* Identify and address training needs and use of outside resources and/or appropriate Clinic staff.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


* Current Washington State RN license


* Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider ACLS and BLS CPR certification.


* At least 2 years GI endoscopy experience and previous supervisory/Lead/Charge Nurse experience preferred.


* ACGN certification preferred.

Pay Range:
$107,740.00 - $161,610.00
