LPN - Assisted Living

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Medication


* Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.


* Monitor residents' health conditions and document changes.


* Complete accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems (PCC preferred).


* Transcribe physician orders and update care plans accordingly.


* Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing assistants on your shift.


* Conduct rounds to ensure quality care and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications


* Valid LPN/LVN license in Arizona (unencumbered).


* Current CPR certification.


* Graduate of an accredited LPN program.


* Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred.


* Proficiency in EMR systems (PointClickCare a plus).

Work Environment


* Fast-paced, hands-on caregiving environment.


* Requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.


* Subject to exposure to infectious materials, chemicals, and emotionally demanding situations.


* May require working evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies.
