Your Impact & Responsibilities:



* Direct Resident Care: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.


* Clinical Assessment: Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes in status, and report findings to the RN or physician promptly.


* Wound Care & Treatments: Perform sterile and clean dressing changes and manage specialized treatments as needed.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and descriptive electronic medical records (PointClickCare experience is a plus!).


* Supervision: Provide guidance and support to CNAs to ensure all resident activities of daily living (ADLs) are met with dignity.


* Communication: Act as a bridge between residents, families, and doctors to ensure clear and compassionate care coordination.

Qualifications:



* License: Must possess a current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.


* Clinical Skills: Proficiency in medication administration, treatment protocols, and resident assessment.
