Lakeside Post Acute is Hiring a Unit Manager - LPN or RN

Schedule: Full Time- Tuesday-Saturday

At Lakeside Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents.

We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents.

You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

What to expect:

Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed.

Also helping as staff development coordinator and assisting with wounds.

Successful candidates:

Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license to practice in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility required

Nurse management experience required

Rate: LPN ($42-$45) or RN ($52-$55)
