Quant Analytics Senior Associate

As a Quant Analytics Associate in the Co-brand Analytics & Reporting Automation Team, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies for existing customer engagement.

You should have analytical background, proficiency in data processing and visualization, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple partners to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:


* Participate in strategic projects and provide ideas and inputs on ways to leverage quantitative analytics to generate actionable business insights and/or solutions to influence business strategies and identify opportunities to grow .


* Complete complex analytical projects end to end with limited guidance and instructions, from formulating project proposal, performing hands-on data mining and analysis, translating the findings into actionable business solutions, and managing project timeline.


* Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.


* Utilize Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, and other ETL tools to extract and analyze data.


* Convert data into actionable insights; integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover meaningful trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies and acquisition forecasts.


* Define appropriate key performance indicators to track business performance, and develop consistent, reliable, and informative reports.


* Translate data using Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, and other data visualization tools to effectively communicate insights and tell compelling stories.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities


* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline


* 3+ years' professional experience in a data-driven environment


* Proficiency or experience with ETL and data visualization tools, e.g., Snowflake, SAS, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.


* Excellent communication and presentation skills


* Attention to detail, problem solving, analysis, intellectual curiosity, continuous improvement, risk management
