FOOD BENEFIT CARD STRATEGY MANAGER

Spearhead the formulation and implementation of overarching strategies across multiple cross-functional teams within the organization.

Collaborate closely with various departments and external partners to align goals, drive initiatives, and track and deliver key performance indicator (KPIs).

Additional responsibilities include market analysis and assessing competitive landscapes, creating comprehensive plans to capitalize on market trends and differentiate us through personalization.

* 5+ years of experience in Category Management or other similar leadership experience


* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to influence and drive collaboration across teams with different goals and priorities


* capacity to communicate and execute plans effectively across teams and divisions

* Develop formalized short and long-term strategies and tactics for food benefit cards, ensuring a unified vision across categories, divisions, and cross-functional business partners


* Take ownership of the project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses to ensure profitability


* Prioritize key initiatives such as incremental KTD work, merchandise execution, and other project-related tasks based on business objectives and stakeholder requirements


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, health, marketing, and division partners to define project priorities and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals


* Drive marketing initiatives and in-store events to enhance visibility and drive customer engagement


* Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving awareness of benefits and encouraging the utilization of loaded funds


* Analyze data and metrics to assess performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement


* Tailor marketing activations and support initiatives to meet the unique needs and preferences of specific divisions within the organization


* Collaborate with divisional teams to understand local market dynamics and develop targeted strategies for maximum impact


* Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as GO Merch, CPG brands, and other relevant parties
