Responsibilities


* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents


* Provide direct speech, language, and swallowing therapy


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support overall resident goals


* Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards


* Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy programs and progress

Qualifications


* Current California SLP license required


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but new grads welcome


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
