Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or quality management
* 3 - 5 years relevant experience
* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
* Experience working with either ISO9001 or AS9100 QMS standards
* Knowledge and experience with quality tools, such as CAPA, six-sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem solving techniques, root-cause-analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
* Aerospace manufacturing experience
* Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
* CQE
* Solid understanding of business practices and understanding the impact quality has to the organization
* Demonstrated leadership, organization and project management skills to lead cross functional teams and improvements
* AS9100/AS13100 Training
