Basic Qualifications


* High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, plus 5 years' related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience or associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field, plus 2 years related experience and 2 years supervisory/leadership experience


* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position


* Experience working with either ISO9001 or AS9100 QMS standards


* Knowledge and experience with quality tools, such as CAPA, six-sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem solving techniques, root-cause-analysis.

Preferred Qualifications


* Solid understanding of business practices and understanding the impact quality has to the organization


* Interpersonal and supervisory skills, such as emotional competency, coaching, providing feedback, and evaluating performance of subordinates, and the ability to coach and motivate employees.


* Demonstrated leadership, organization and project management skills to lead cross functional teams and improvements


* AS9100/AS13100 Training
