SNF Unit Manager

Job Title: Unit Manager (RN/LPN) - Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Location: Dublin Post Acute

Position Overview
Dublin Post Acute is seeking a strong and compassionate Unit Manager to lead our nursing team within our Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.

This position plays a key role in supporting staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining a positive and professional environment for residents, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee daily nursing operations for the assigned unit


* Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and STNAs


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


* Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary team members


* Monitor documentation, physician orders, and medication administration


* Address resident and family concerns in a timely and professional manner


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions


* Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness


* Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care

Qualifications


* Current RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio


* Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred


* Previous charge nurse or leadership experience strongly preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills


* Ability to lead and mentor nursing staff


* Knowledge of LTC regulations and survey processes preferred


* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Schedule


* Full-Time


* Some weekend or on-call rotation may be required
