What you'll do on a typical day:
* Document training modules, execute training plans, track completion and monitor effectiveness of training program
* Plan and execute the One GXO Way learning program
* Prepare detailed plans including activity definition, task sequencing, resource requirements and duration estimates
* Run entire life cycle of the program from inception to ongoing execution and improvement, including management, documentation, process workflows, work plans and reports
* Work creatively with key clients, including senior level sponsors, partners and vendors, to define program scope and ensure timely delivery of all program components
* Participate in the development, implementation and assessment of program health-checks, 'Go-Live' readiness, lessons learned and post-mortem reviews
* Monitor and communicate progress, collaborate with key clients to publish status reports and handle and report on issues and action items
* Keep up with relevant industry knowledge, such as organizational learning and development approaches and technologies, warehousing, 3PL and supply chain and project management practices, to ensure a continually evolving and improving learning curriculum
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
* 7 years of experience leading large-scale programs
* Experience in implementing change management initiatives and training programs
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Access and Project; ability to learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications
It'd be great if you also have:
* Bachelor's or master's degree
* Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) and Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certifications
