Retail Banking Intern Nashua Main Street Branch

As a Retail Banking Intern you will work alongside our Tellers, Bankers, and Branch Managers operating from a Rockland Trust branch.

Interns will be trained in the Teller capacity, working directly with our customers to support their banking needs, proactively exploring solutions and offering personalized advice that serves to develop and maintain relationships.

Interns will also have an opportunity to complete project work and participate in career building activities over the course of the 8-12 week program.

Interested applicants must have completed at least one year of college and be currently enrolled full-time in a college/university degree program.

With a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to work with customers in a caring and empathetic way, you are responsible for providing efficient, effective, and courteous customer service while performing a variety of transactions.
